EGM and 1UP have the exclusive dibs on this story. Seems that the world's first Horror Survival (even though it was an arcade game) is being revived. Seems more and more that 2008 is going to be the gaming year of revivals, heck they even have a retro SNES controller for the Wii that looks exactly the same!! The original SHOULDER BUTTON controller!
Twisty UI - everyone is aiming for iPhone
Came across this here at OhGizmo. Seems MS is developing a twisting UI for portable devices, you can squeeze and twist the machine to pull up different required functions. If they manage to lock it down into some new version of Windows Mobile and it becomes a platform, everyone is going to love MS again.
Picture Frame Speakers - good idea but...
Came across this here at OhGizmo. More and more in todays world we neglect actual photos. We all seem to love having screen savers with photos but less and less do we actually have real photos. This set of speakers probably provides really tin quality sound, but its still a good idea. Getting some real photos back onto our precious desktop space!
Kohler Karbon Articulating Kitchen Faucet - Long Name!
Came across this here at Yanko Design. This is another one of those useless and probably really expensive design products that it would be awesome to have in your home, but completely unnecessary. Made from carbon fiber and with joints that allow this Faucet to twist into any required position (sounds kinda kinky) its basically the ultimate faucet to help wash your dishes.
Delta Airlines - "Cozy Suite"
I came across this here at Gizmodo. It seems that Delta airlines is going to be one of the first airlines to drastically try and improve economy seats on their new Boeing 777 and 767 by 2010. I really hope more airlines try adapting this sort of idea. However the downside is this seating arrangement is only good for a really full flight. For empty flights where people would have been able to sleep across 3 seats, or for couples that like to cozy up, this won't be possible.

I came across this here at OhGizmo! This is one of those simple yet effective ideas that everyone would love to have in there apartment to show off. Guests in your house would all inevitably say 'COOL' as soon as they see it, OR think your a complete psychopath.
Nokia Shoot to Translate - I need one of these!
Came across this here at OhGizmo! I shamelessly being Chinese can not read Chinese. I should get one of these as my street dictionary and starting learning my own language. Details on this application are sparse but it seems Nokia is developing a killer ap for business men in China. See some Chinese take a picture with your Nokia and it translates! Fantastic idea!

I came across this here at Kotaku. It seems my favourite eye crossing shooter of all time is finally about to arrive on XBL. FORGET RAINBOW 6 VEGAS 2 and COD4 its all about IKARUGA!!! I just hope that the HK XBL release date is in line with the rest of the world. Unlike my 2 months late 'The Club'
